Athletes Representative

In the absence of both the President and Vice President at any board meeting, a board member will be elected from those present to chair the meeting.

Any two of the President, Secretary or Treasurer, with other members as back-up, represent the Club at ANSW meetings.

The Executive, consisting of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, are ex-officio members of all sub committees.

Purpose - To set up, organise, set parameters and format IBS Facebook page.

Members – Lynda Douglass (Co-Ordinator), Gianna Mogentale, Geoff Hynoski and Ian Smith.

Other (Need and membership to be decided at the appropriate time)

Country Championships - To organise IBS team, if held outside Wollongong region.

Christmas Meet – To organise final club meet prior to Christmas.

Presentation Day – To organise presentation function.

Sponsorship - To obtain sponsorship/funding for the club.

OTHER CLUB MEMBERS

Other members of the club may be co-opted into assisting Committee members or sub-committees with their responsibilities, subject to the approval of the Committee.  Those appointed to date are:
