Winter Wrap-up & Exciting Season ahead for Illawarra Blue Stars

Thank You, Run Havoc

Local sports store Run Havoc has been a tremendous supporter of our Winter Series, generously providing $75 vouchers drawn from the barrel at each meet for athletes who competed. Across four Sunday Winter Track & Field rounds, plus our monthly Tuesday Winter Track Meet, Run Havoc stood beside us — and several very happy athletes walked away with vouchers to use on shoes and apparel at the Crown Street store.

A special thank you to Riley and his team. Many of our athletes have already visited the store, and we appreciate your ongoing support.

Winter Cross Country – A Fantastic Season

Our Winter Cross Country season has now concluded, and what a wonderful season it was. Athletes enjoyed:

  • Beautiful scenery

  • Well‑designed courses

  • A friendly, supportive atmosphere

A big shout‑out to Tim Marin, who designed each course and ensured they were safe and enjoyable for all athletes. Most courses were 5km or 2.5km, followed by a relaxed brunch and coffee supporting local cafés. A great winter competition all round.

Track Season Is Here!
