Mary Thomas has added another achievement to her large, long list of achievements. At the recent Awards and social night held in Melbourne at the Masters Australian titles, Mary was accepted into the Hall of Fame for her dedication to Masters Athletics and her achievements in Masters events. Long time members of the masters association, along with supporters were amazed as they listed her long list of success. She becomes the 19th person to be accepted and only the 2nd thrower to move into the Hall of Fame. She is also the first IBS member to be granted this honour, and the club, both members and supporters salute and honour such a fine achievement. Well done Mary, long overdue.
