UOW - Female Athlete High-Performance Program

Context about the program

The program takes a holistic approach to athlete development and includes modules in the following key areas:

  • Mental Skills and Performance Psychology

  • Sports Nutrition

  • Female Health Education

  • Strength & Conditioning

  • Pathway Support

  • Sport-Specific Technical Training

 This program is aimed at female athletes of all sports in Year 9 and above (14 years old and above) who are committed to taking their performance to the next level. The program is designed to complement and enhance their existing training environment, providing additional resources and individualised support to help them succeed both on and off the field.
