Saturday’s Treloar Shield saw an impressive personal best by sprinter Liam Ryan over the 200m, whilst U16 hurdler Ashlyn Adams took out her event in impressive style.  Charlotte Smith also emerged a winner of the 400g javelin event.  Mary Thomas has settled back into Wollongong  after her World Championships Masters campaign in time to take out the Australian Winter Weight Throws Championships.  Mary took out all her field events in her age bracket, the event being a great success and held on our local ground, Kerryn McCann Athletic Centre.  Great to see the Masters’ taking advantage of our facilities for one of their most important events.
